and Container Warranty
Bakers Waste Equipment, Inc.
warrants its Solid Waste Handling Equipment to be free from defects
in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for a
period of (12) months. In addition, the "structural integrity"
of our products will be under warranty for a period of 36 months
beginning on the date the product is accepted for delivery and is
limited to repair or replacement of any unit or part as elected
by BWE. Bakers Waste Equipment, Inc. makes no warranty
in respect to trade accessories, the same being subject to warranties,
if any, of their respective manufacturers. No warranty, express
or implied, is made or authorized to be assumed with respect to
products of Bakers Waste Equipment, Inc. other than that here in
set forth.
Bakers Waste Equipment, Inc.
does not assume liability for loss of product, time or any other
consequential damages.
In reference to compactors, normal use
will be defined as intermittent operation for up to 16 hours per
day, 7 days a week.
Warranty shall not apply to any compactor
or container which has been subject to misuse, abuse, negligence,
accident or alteration.
Bakers Waste Equipment, Inc.
neither assumes nor authorizes anyone to assume for it any other
obligations or liability in connection with waste compactors or
containers.
